The second cartoon is a week late, and also a little dated since Handspring got swallowed back up by Palm in 2003. As part of their 10th Anniversary celebrations, the Palm Historical Timeline makes interesting reading. I've still got my US Robotics Palm Pilot 1000 from 1996, and it works - though eBay suggests there isn't a big market for them.)
