The Belfast Maritime Festival was true to its promise (and programme) and held a firework display late last night. From two miles away, we could hear the bangs, and got up to peer out the back window.
The fireworks were quite low - conveniently the St George Belfast City Airport would be closed at that time of night - and difficult to snap from an upstairs window!
