Can you tell what it is yet?

While some of the local food bloggers are adventurous in their culinary exploits, I'm not sure that any would think twice about rejecting this variation on profiteroles.

Is that profiteroles with salad? Unusual combo for us; nonetheless, probably tasty :-)

I spotted something similar on a food blog recently.... something like prawns, noodles, ice cream and chocolate sauce.

There are some bizarre dishes out there.
