Haggis
It's official, haggis tastes like stuffing.
And a Scottish Fry really misses out on not having potato bread!
Yes, lovely stuff...... as long as you don't want to spend time in any human company for a day or two afterwards! I can only imagine the damage done to the ozone layer by Scots over the centuries has far exceeded that of cattle!

ReplyDeleteIt was served as part of our cooked breakfast; and I took an instant liking to it. Very tasty indeed.

ReplyDeleteThere's something about haggis and black pudding from Inverness. It has almost a wilder taste about it...
