East Belfast has its own pantomime ... oh yes it has ...

Poster for Knock Drama's January 2010 production of Jack and the Beanstalk

East Belfast has a strong cultural heritage: CS Lewis, Glenn Patterson, ... and Knock Drama!

Their performance of Jack and The Beanstalk will be hitting the stage of the Elliott Hall at Knock Presbyterian on the junction of Kings Road and the Knock Road this Friday and Saturday nights (8 and 9 January) at 7.30pm.

Find out what happens when Jack trades the family cow for five “magic beans” and his mother disapproves of the transaction. It'll be no more unbelievable than the modern day events up the road at Stormont!

Doors open from 7pm, with a promise of tea and coffee during the interval. Tickets cost £7 (adult) or £5 (children) and can be purchased by phone (see details on the Knock Drama website) or reserved online.
