A real turn up for the books that sent the researchers back to check their data. Marketing director Karl Gregory said:
“To be honest, it was a bit of a surprise to me. It has certainly put Belfast on the map in terms of places I want to go and visit.”The researchers scored the cities for the number of restaurants, pubs, beauty salons, sports centres, etc registered with the website. So it certainly proves that Belfast businesses are good at marketing and promotion.
Edinburgh came second behind Belfast.
