Lisnagonuage

Lisnagonuage is an example of a near-extinct Googlewhackblatt (a Googlewhack with only one rather than two words).

Today, a search on Google turns up exactly one page … amazingly on Slugger O’Toole’s fine blog.

Cybez’ blog entry that kicked off this meme (ie, the homework question that generated this rather random blog post).

And a few day’s later, Google will pick up this post, and probably the northernirishblogs.com and irishblogs.ie posts too.

And it will be a Googlewhackblatt no more.

Sad … but that’s the inevitable result of Cybez madcap and perhaps selfish notion of choosing a category that sounds like a town land near his home castle! :)

Oh ... forgot to say that I'm a real spoil sport and not passing the meme on to five people. Too like a chain letter! Boo hiss!

Yes. And two random sets of letters separated by a space could be a Googlewhack. But in the spirit of the game, it's meant to be real words, places etc.

Back on Cybez's posting, Caroline has realised that a Lisnagonuage is a misspelt Lisnagunogue! No wonder it had so few hits in Google!

Yup ... up to three web pages returned now.
