Mmmmm! Haggis!
I first tasted Haggis whilst staying at the George Hotel in Inverary, Argyllshire.
It was served as part of our cooked breakfast; and I took an instant liking to it. Very tasty indeed.
Yes, lovely stuff...... as long as you don't want to spend time in any human company for a day or two afterwards! I can only imagine the damage done to the ozone layer by Scots over the centuries has far exceeded that of cattle!
I love Haggis, heading to Scotland in August and hoping for some!
There's something about haggis and black pudding from Inverness. It has almost a wilder taste about it...
Also, deep fried haggis is a delicacy everyone should try at least once.
